Wes Alistair, a pseudonym for Weslynn McCallister, is a writer, a poet and an astrologer, specializing in astrological research. A member of the American Federation of Astrologers, she has been studying astrology for over twenty-five years. After Romancing the Zodiac was published, she wrote a monthly column in The Light, published out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her astrological poems have been published in the AFA bulletins as well as on her web site that also includes notes of astrological interest such as retrogrades, meteorites, comets and eclipse dates. Weslynn is a member of the National Writers Association, the Romance Writers of America and is one of the founding members of the Florida Writers Association. She is a published author of the award winning romance novel Apache Springs, Prophecies of the Ancients, a sci-fi romance novel and Wyatt’s Deck, a time travel romance novel set in 1881 in Tombstone, Arizona. She has also written Shifting Sands, a free verse poetry book, and Romancing the Zodiac, a book of astrological poetry and herbal remedies for each sign. She is currently completing her romantic suspense novel, Skin Deep. Book Two of Timing is Everything: Astrology is the Key is an on-going project. It will include the progressed chart, lunar and solar returns, eclipses and their effect upon natal charts as well as the transits, focusing in on romance, health, and communications. Ms. McCallister lives in Florida but often spends much of the summer in the cool mountains of Northern New Mexico.
